PUBLIC HEARING


The Solon Township Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, May 4th, 2010, at 7:00 pm in the Solon Township Fire Hall, 8907 Railroad Avenue, Cedar, MI to receive public comment on the following:


A request from James Jason Properties, LLC, to obtain approval pursuant to Section 5.03(6) of the Solon Township Zoning Ordinance as required in the Agricultural Conservation (AC) District for a Conditional Use Farm Retail Market. The parcel tax number is 45-010-008-013-00 and is located at 9595 S. Cedar Road, Solon Township, Leelanau County, Michigan, Section 8, T28N R12W.
