Now Taking Bids - Carriage House

We are posting plans and details for our next building online so that we may begin to receive bids for work. We will accept proposals for the following... plumbing, electrical, flatwork, insulation, and drywall. We are also posting the materials list as we will consider buying 2nd hand windows, doors, lumber, siding, stone veneer, etc as long as they are in excellent condition. Bids can be faxed to 480-832-0111 or emailed to farm651@hotmail.com. Plans, photos, and materials are posted on the sidebar for review. Plumbers please note that we will be utilizing a greywater recycling system that is not reflected in the plans. Additionally, an infloor radiant heat system will be utilized - heated by an exterior wood boiler.

Farmers Market

We have cleared space for a 30x60 pole barn (our second structure) that we ultimately plan to use as a farmers market. I have no idea who would be interested in participating, but I have asked the MSU to consider our site for next spring. Empire has one, as does Northport and Suttons Bay - why shouldn't Cedar?
